For your convenience, we accept cash, money orders, and major credit cards at Valley Alder Family Dentistry. Payment is expected on the day services are performed. Patients that require more extensive dental care can work with our dental staff to create a financial plan that will work for their budget.

Insurance

Valley Alder Family Dentistry accepts most dental insurances including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO out-of-network. Valley Alder Family Dentistry is not part of any managed care network. Our accounting department will prepare all the forms needed for dental benefits. Patients are responsible for total obligation if the insurance benefits cover less than anticipated. Our friendly staff will submit a pre-treatment estimate to the insurance to verify the patient’s benefits.

We accept all PPO insurance such as Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, and MetLife. We also accept Medi-Cal and PPO health insurance and Medicare for medically necessary procedures. (Please call Valley Alder Family Dentistry for details)
